Daily Status Report

Users may enable a Daily Status Report to be sent to their email that includes a summary of open Alarms, Sudden Performance Degradation, Tickets, Tasks, and Ongoing Site Setup.

How to Enable#

1. Open your Profile page.
2. In the Notification Preferences card, turn on Daily status report ("Receive a daily email summarizing the status of your sites."). It is off by default.
3. Select Send now to receive the report immediately.

The report is sent once a day at 10:00 UTC.

What the Report Contains#

Status: counts of items that have been open for 1+, 7+, and 30+ days.

• Disconnected Sites
• Disconnected Channels
• Critical Alarms (Open)
• Tickets (New)
• Tickets (In Progress)
• Open Tasks
• Unread Mentions

Performance: the number of sites whose EPI yesterday was more than 10% below their 7-day average (Sudden Performance Degradation).

New Sites: Ongoing Site Setup, including sites with an incomplete customer task, sites in Commissioning, and sites with Capacity Testing in progress.
